What's the procedure for applying for overseas university?

It is different to make university application to universities abroad and in domestic. The domestic student enrollment in higher education in China is generally determined by the National Entrance Examination (known as Gaokao). Application to universities abroad generally begins one or two years before the application. The submission of transcript is generally done one year before the academic year of university. For instance of British universities’ application, students are only required to submit the 1st year of A-Level score plus predicted result of students by the subject teachers. For instance of American universities, students are required to submit Grade 9 and Grade 10 transcript before they begin A-Level course.
